We hope you LOVE your new purchase, but we realize sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not happy, we're not happy! Items are eligible for return if:
They are unworn, un-washed, un-altered, and free of any stains or odors
Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box with no signs of wear
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date
Credit will be issued in the form of Store Credit only, No refunds, No exceptions
If your item does not meet one of the above criteria, please do not attempt to return, as it will be denied by our Returns Department. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for shipping back to you, or if not claimed in 30 business days the item(s) will be donated to charity.
Once we receive your return, you will be issued Store Credit for the cost of the item plus tax. We do not issue credit for shipping charges. Your Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of a Gift Card.
Due to high order volume we are no longer able to offer exchanges. Our items sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee that an item would be available. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back your return items to be processed for store credit.
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not been processed, a $7 cancellation fee will be applied and a Store Credit will be issued. Please call the store at 205-384-5270 during business hours if you wish to cancel. Due to our super fast shipping, most orders are sent out before emails have been processed. Sending an email does not cancel an order.
