Return Policy
We hope you LOVE your new purchase, but we realize sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not happy, we're not happy!
Items are eligible for return if:
They are unworn, un-washed, un-altered, and free of any stains, smoke, or odors.
Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box with no signs of wear
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date
Credit will be issued in the form of Store Credit only, No refunds, No exceptions
If your item does not meet one of the above criteria, please do not attempt to return, as it will be denied by our Returns Department. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for shipping back to you, or if not claimed in 30 business days the item(s) will be donated to local charity.
Once we receive your return, you will be issued Store Credit for the cost of the item plus tax. We do not issue credit for shipping charges.
No Returns on Jewelry, Handbags, or Final Sale/Doorbuster Items
Final Sale items include all items discounted 50% or more
